So, what I did was I switched to doing high intensity cardio (sprinting, high intensity interval training or H.I.I.T, and playing sports), and compound weight training (working multiple groups at once such as with bench presses, squats, dead lifts, etc.). You know what? It worked! I quickly began to see a massive improvement with my body as soon as I started these types of exercises. Also, the great thing about these workouts besides them being much more effective is that they take A LOT less time to do!

3.) Increased Metabolism - After banging my head on the wall trying to figure out why I was not losing fat off my annoying stomach and losing love handles, I discovered that the culprit was that I also had a slow metabolism. Of course I made matters worse once I started popping those diet pills and getting on fad diets!

So, what I did was I got on a program that was not only based on getting proper nutrition (as mentioned up top), but also was based on skyrocketing the metabolism... consistently. The best ways to get a faster metabolism is actually with the two steps I talked about up top (higher intensity exercises, and eating more frequently through out the day along with shifting calories).
